Food: Our cheese pizza was dry, lacked enough cheese, and looked as if it was cooked 3-4 hours before we arrived. We ordered a "3-meat" and upgraded it to a "5-meat" for an additional 99 cents. Because it was made to order, it tasted better. However, my wife stated the ham tasted like the smell of bandaids. The bread sticks were not fresh and the marinara dipping sauce was cold. The wings were good and saucy.
Atmosphere: The restaurant seemed clean and up to date. Their "pizza portal" seems like a neat concept if they could make consistently make good pizza.
Customer Service: The young gal at the register was very kind and eager to help.
Price: Little Caesar's is priced reasonably (when the pizza is better)
Conclusion: 2 Stars. Only half of our order was good, so I do not believe we got our moneys worth. We won't return to this Caesars. -

Be forewarned if you are entertaining guests or feeding a hungry family evenly.
This is not the first pizza we received like this...
If you can't cut a pizza, I would assume working in the pizza industry is not for you. -

This location seems to never have anything "hot & ready". Basic cheese or pepperoni takes 10+ minutes every time.

This branch remodeled their rewards program, foregoing awarding redeemable points after each purchase (using your telephone number as your account identification) to e-mailing coupons for promotions. No notice was given that the rewards program was being revamped so all accumulated points were deemed useless with no opportunity to redeem them. Loyality...I think not!
